“梦中心”— 上海徐汇区黃浦江畔的闪亮地标，是“西岸传媒港” 项目内的核心部份，为国内投资规模较大的文化项目之一。位于徐汇滨江开发核心区的“梦中心”由香港兰桂坊集团、美国梦工厂及上海华人文化产业投资基金携手打造。项目将会结合环球文化娱乐、表演艺术、时尚购物及创意媒体元素。
项目占地约15.2万平方米，地上及地下建筑面积总计约56万平方米，以创意媒体、科技及文化产业为主导发展方向，涵盖商务、零售、娱乐与休闲文化区域，将成为徐汇区与西岸传媒港的核心商业轴线。

Occupying an area of 152,300 sqm and a total structure area of 560,000sqm,DreamCenter is focusing on creative and digital media, technology and cultural industries. As it contains business, retail, entertainment and leisure areas, DreamCenter will be the core business axis of Xuhui District and “West Bund Media Port”.
