Innotec, a high-growth, unique and fully automated American manufacturer of automotive and office furniture components is selectively seeking an experienced, hands-on Account/Program Manager in our Shanghai division (located in Shanghai, China). We have become known for our innovation and ability to provide low cost, high quality products to our customers. We are headquartered in West Michigan, United States and currently have several divisions including businesses in Europe, China, and Mexico. Our ever expanding capabilities as a supplier, combined with our genuine, small company feel, make Innotec the ideal place for people looking to make the most of their careers. Successful candidates will have a desire to work in a fast paced environment based on trust and integrity and an interest in a hands-on approach to business. Interested applicants should have a passion for manufacturing environment and innovation, as well as a desire for a broad scope of daily responsibilities. In addition to these qualities we are looking for someone with the following characteristics and qualifications:

Responsibilities
? Customer relationship development
? Customer service
? Pricing and management of RFQs
? Conduct Market intelligence
? Advanced management of Excel and PPT
? Be hands on to support the business unit's continuous improvement team by helping determine and correct issues, improve processes, and create or maintain successful programs.

Qualifications
? Under the age of 35
? 2+ years of automotive account management or program management
? A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, or Plastics)
? Experience with process innovations and a perpetual drive toward learning
? Possess strong problem solving, negotiating, and decision making skills
? Proven results towards continuous improvement.
? Must be an independent self-starter and capable of working with minimum supervision
? The highest level of trust and integrity
? Proven leadership ability and desire to work in a team based atmosphere
? Demonstrated ability to analyze information and create change in a team setting
? Strong business acumen for established and growing business
? Fluent in English (speaking, reading and writing)
? Manufacturing experience is preferred
