Hardware Merchandiser

Job Description

1.Make export PO management in the system for vendors all over Asia.

2.Take the role of contact between merchandisers, buyers and vendors.

3.Send packing instruction to factories and prepare carton labels for factories according to packing details.

4.Support vendors to finish space booking and document preparation when the order is ready

5.Contact forwarders for export shipping throughout all Asian ports to South American customers.

6.Train the vendors to make operations in the system.

7.Management of Master Specification, Production switch, Shipping Control.

Key Skills

1.Bachelor Degree, majoring in international commerce is preferred.

2.CET-6, good command of English, verbal and writing.

3.PC literate (Microsoft Office, Excel, Power Point)

4.With at least 2 years export shipping experience.

5.Good at communication.

6.Good at organizing and filing.

7.Work in details and with proactive attitude.

岗位要求

1.本科毕业，国贸专业优先。

2.专业六级，英语程度良好，包括书写和口语。

3.电脑操作熟练掌握office软件，尤其是Excel和PPT。

4.两年以上出口运输经验。

5.善于沟通。

6.善于组织和管理文档。

7.工作细致并且态度积极。
