Requirements:

1) College graduation or above;

2) Minimum 5 years working experience of Quality Management System or Quality Inspections;

3) Good communication and presentation skill;

4) Good knowledge of product quality and manufacturing processes

5) Strong analytical, problem solving, attention to detail and process improvement skills;

6) Must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment;

7) Familiar with European Directives and EN Standards for quality requirements, and knowledge about for system auditing including ISO9001, ISO14001, and/or equivalent;

8) Language: Fluent Mandarin & English both in written and spoken;

9) Computer skills: MS world, Excel & PowerPoint.

10) Willing to travel

Main job description:

1) Coordinate, implement, support and monitor the quality work with Suppliers in Asia mainly in China.

2) Be part of the development of Jula’s work to continuously improve supplier’s performance of delivering quality products that meets our specifications.

3) Together with CSR- and Purchasing-dep. in Swedish head office plan and coordinate Product Quality Inspections and Quality Management System Audits at Jula suppliers done by SQA Engineer itself or by third party inspection/audit company.

4) Perform or order inspections and audits at Jula suppliers/manufacturers such as

· During production inspection

· Pre-shipment inspection

· Quality Management System Audits

5) Follow up deviations

6) Assist the Purchasing and CSR dept. when problems occur with quality or product safety issues. Write and follow up Jula claim reports.

7) Give feedback on suppliers’ corrective actions on quality problem to Swedish head office.

8) Coordinate Product Safety Tests and Performance Tests with third-party companies.

9) To be informed and updated with Jula’s business plan, key performance indicators and targets for the supply chain.

10) Implement, support and follow up CSR key figures in the Jula Chinese organization.

11) Support the CSR Auditor with administration if needed.
