Juntong Capital（君同资本）is a China-based investment firm exploring alternative opportunities in TMT, Healthcare and New Energy sectors with accomplishment of nearly USD 200 million transactions, with offices located in Hong Kong and Shanghai. Juntong Capital manages both RMB and USD funds for leading institutions, corporations, and families in China and around the world.

Shanghai Office is our RMB fund headquarter, responses for deal executions and government relationship management. Shanghai team members are originally from leading investment and financial institutions.

Hong Kong office is our USD fund headquarter and responses for overseas deal executions.

君同资本成立于2014年，总部位于上海和香港，主要关注互联网、医疗健康、文化传媒及新能源等领域的美元和人民币投资机会。君同资本成立至今已完成数项相关投资，累计投资额近2亿美元。除此之外，君同资本亦正在操作数项医疗健康领域的并购类投资包括医疗设备、制药等，交易规模在数十亿美元。

君同资本在上海和香港设有办公室，其中上海为人民币基金总部并负责项目执行，政府关系管理等，成员来自顶尖投资和金融机构。香港为美元基金总部，执行海外项目，帮助投资人拓展海外业务。
