Digia Great China has around 20 employees based in Beijing, Shanghai, Chengdu and Taipei and is the largest Qt entity within Digia in Asia territory.
In 2011, Digia acquired the commercial licensing business of Qt from Nokia. This was followed by fully acquiring Qt, technology and trademarks, from Nokia in 2012. Qt is a Norwegian-founded, industry-leading cross-platform application and UI framework. Qt is continuously growing and is used by more than 450,000developers in more than 70+ industries. Qt has a market-proven dual licensing approach to software licensing.
