Handen is a well-known international investment fund consortium devoted to the business of equity real estate acquisition and development, along with fixed-income investments in urban infrastructure development projects. Our activities are directed by an experienced management team which has worked closely together for years and has broad cross-disciplinary backgrounds in virtually every area of real estate investment, finance, development, and management. Handen is headquartered in New York, with offices in Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing and Suzhou.
Handen currently manages the Handen Urban Development Fund and Handen Real Estate Investment Fund. Handen Urban Development Fund invests in real estate projects as well as urban cultural development projects sponsored by state- owned corporations in China's economically developed areas, and has successfully invested in more than 10 cities in Eastern China. Our investment strategies are fully integrated with the development policies of local governments, with a focus on mixed-use urban lifestyle, and Resort/Hospitality projects. We strive to pursue projects that are not only economically viable, but also enhance the image of the local community and enrich the lifestyles of local residents
Handen Real Estate Investment Fund invests in the resort projects in China's economically developed areas around the cities, with the beautiful scenery of the original eco-tourism Lake views to provide those international top vacationers who yearn for a return to nature with the world-class lakeshore idyllic resorts.
