1、 根据公司战略和业务实际需要，拟定招聘计划，同时优化招聘流程及招聘制度，完善招聘体系；
2、 向业务部门提供专业的招聘咨询服务，进行职位分析，并制定详细的寻访方案，建立人才搜寻渠道；
3、 通过各渠道评估、筛选，推荐合适的候选人，代表公司与候选人深入沟通；
4、 负责候选人面试安排、结果反馈、offer发放及入职后续跟踪服务工作；
5、 负责管理和发展招聘渠道，建立和完善公司竞争性人才资源库。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，至少5年以上招聘领域专业工作经验，熟悉文旅地产行业，熟悉中高端职位招聘；
2、熟练掌握人员招聘及面试的各类工具；
3、热爱招聘工作，业务导向，数据敏感性高；
4、优秀的沟通协调、谈判能力；
5、有猎头背景优先。
