职位描述
岗位职责：
1、协助总经理进行各项战略发展规划，运营目标计划的组织、落实并持续跟踪；
2、协助总经理监督年度经营目标、经营计划的制定、审核、执行及调整；
3、起草、管理总经理签发的各类经营管理制度文件；
4、筹备、组织各类办公会议，季/年度经营管理会议，为会议提供服务，发布会议纪要，并督促各项会议决策的落实；
5、协助总经理进行绩效评价；
6、协助公司日常行政、后勤管理工作，如办公用品和设备管理、办公室环境布置、物业联络等；
7、协助管理或保管公司印章和法人委托书、法人证明书、营业执照等法律文件和公司证照；
8、协助公司各部门工作档案的收集、整理、保存与管理；
任职要求：
1、大学本科以上相关专业毕业；
2、具有三年以上高级行政类秘书相关工作经验；
3、文笔好，英文熟练，可以起草、修改各类中英文文件；
4、为人诚实、努力，积极向上；
5、性格随和，易与人相处，团队合作精神好；
6、有汽车行业工作经验者优先；
