1． 协助服务经理完成部门经营目标；
2. 负责服务接待及服务顾问日常工作；
3. 组织实施厂家服务标准流程等规范；
4. 公司投诉处理第一责任人，及时处理客户投诉及抱怨；
5. 与车间经理共同协调车间与前台业务衔接；
6. 负责审核事故车估价及各类维修项目报价；
7. 总成大修、全车大修等各类维修周期较长的车辆应及时通知车间以利于安排进度；
8. 上级交办的其它事务；

候选人要求
1．熟悉汽车4S店售后业务流程
2．熟悉车辆构造，具备独立判断车辆故障能力
3. 具有一定客户服务意识
4. 良好的沟通及协调能力
5. 1年以上汽车行业售后服务工作经验，至少1年以上相同或相近岗位工作经验
