主要工作职责:
负责公司员工计算机及其他终端设备的软硬件安装、使用、服务管理及其他支持类工作；
为公司员工提供IT系统第一线的支持服务工作；
遵守总公司信息部门的指示与标准作业程序;
参与局部端网络管理工作;
任职要求：
大学或专科以上、信息或计算机科学相关专业毕业；
具有微软Windows操作系统(MCSE)或软件的证书；
具有个人计算机软硬件支持与用户服务一年以上经验；
具有良好的服务精神；
具有较强的学习能力；
具有一定英文能力者优先；
