职位描述
工作内容
1. 相关财务管理制度的制定和修订；
2. 审核各种原始凭证的合法性、真实性、手续完备性、数据准确性，审核过程的有效性；
3. 根据公司及会计准则要求，进行财务核算，编制财务报表，及时上报集团财务总部；
4. 负责4S店资金管理、综合财务分析；
5. 负责预算编制及执行情况审查，财务报表的编制和审核；
6. 按照税法规定，计算各种应纳税额，照章报税纳税，并提出纳税筹划方案和建议；
7. 负责协调与财政、工商、税务及银行等相关外部部门的关系，及时了解国家有关政策法规；
8. 定期审核相关账务余额（科目明细）的合理性，并协助处理异常事项；
9. 不定期执行内部稽核，管理各部门是否遵循公司订立的各相关作业流程。
任职要求：
1. 会计、财务管理等相关专业本科及以上学历，有会计从业资格证书；
2. 2年以上4S店同岗位工作经验，熟悉国家及上海财经政策和会计法、税法等相关的政策法律、法规；
3. 熟悉会计报表的处理，熟练使用财务软件；
4. 具有较强的组织、沟通、分析、控制能力；
5. 工作认真负责，责任感强，良好的职业道德素养和团队合作精神；
6. 有汽车4S店相关经历优先；
7. 注册会计师及中级会计师职称优先。
