Your profile:
Technical training with good electrical knowledge (completed training as an electrician/automation or some years of experience in the Customer service)
 good knowledge of foreign language English,
 communicative, flexible and resilient
 Willingness to regular training
 Pleased to travel country wide (travel experience would be an advantage)

Your tasks:
Help desk/troubleshooting
Service intervention
Installation with foreign engineers, master bakers or food technologists
Installation and introduction of our facilities around China (average length of stay of 5 days). You'll use our products not only into operation, but train the customers in their operation and use; Therefore, we will thoroughly train you in this task and also later continuously educate you.
Support the RCN team on manual translations, exhibitions, trainings.
