· Assist with quality standards for raw materials and finished goods;

按照总部制订的标准，协助总部控制，维持物料和成品的品质；

· Assist with identification, communication and resolution of material and product quality issues;

协同跟进针对物料和成品品质问题的核查，沟通及解决；

a. Be present when new factories starting on PO to verify that all product development specifications are adhered to;

在新供应商开始进行生产的时候，及时跟进确保所有开发要求细节都被实施；

b. Report on progress during production of new styles;

对于新款式，要跟进报告生产进展情况；

c. Communicate problems encountered at the factories and discuss solutions with cross-functional departments (PD, TD, Operation, etc) if need;

必要时与相关职能部门（开发、技术设计、营运）探讨工厂生产遇到的问题；

d. Communicate suggestions from factories to PD team and Operation department for approval;

呈报工厂关于产品生产制作的建议给开发、营运部门给予定夺；

· Perform on-site quality audit (DPC, FRI) based on Vera Bradley’s quality guidelines;

到工厂作在线及尾期验货，依照VB公司的品质原则；

· Track, analyze, and share to VB US for individual vendor’s quality conformance, based on quality inspection reports as well as daily communication & corrective actions;

基于品检报告和日常沟通及改善措施的情况，对个体供应商的品质达成水平进行追踪，分析并知会美国相关部门；

· Create and send inspection reports to VB US quality department in timely manner；Maintain current and historical files on product, specifications, colors and quality issues;

及时生成品检报告并传给美国总部; 保存相关资料；

· Communicate to vendors about quality issues found during on-site audit, help vendors on improvements / corrections till issues are solved.

通报品检结果给供应商，协助其改善、纠正品检过程中发现的瑕疵；

· Provide support to sample process (i.e., photo samples, test samples etc) as needed;

给与板房必要的支持 （如在照相样品，试用样品制作过程等等）；

· Coordinate to quality complains issued from VB US, help in verifying supplier preventive & corrective actions;

对于美国总部提出的品质投诉，协助跟进相关供应商的纠正预防措施的实施情况；

· Work closely with US Quality, Sourcing, Technical Design and Production Planning Departments (Domestic and International) to manage and implement supplier engineering changes;

在产品工艺技术执行方面与美国品质部门、开发部门(包含国内)、技术设计师及生产计划部门(包含国内)密切合作；

· Provide general Packing Instructions to each new vendor, such as carton, polybag specs & restriction, label placement and marking layout. But not confirm on detail label/marking contents;

提供VB产品通用的常规包装说明，包括纸箱、胶袋规格要求，贴纸和唛头位置等。不包括针对特定订单贴纸、唛头内容的确认；

· Follow up PP sample comments, verify that related comments are implemented in mass production; Or review & sign PP samples for US TD team if needed.

跟进PP（产前）样品的评语，确认大货生产依照评语涉及的修改进行；或者在必要情况下代签PP板；

· Advise comments on supplier selection through qualification process

对供应商做品质方面的评述，作为供应商选择的参考；

· Log and follow up exceptional tests of bulk materials and finished products under exceptional circumstance;

安排物料或成品做非例行的测试，跟进测试结果及后续付款审核；

· Enquiries / trials requested by US Quality team;

处理一些美国QC部门的咨询和试验；

· Sourcing / trials / tests on new materials / components which don’t belong to any certain collections.

搜寻、试验、测试一些不属于在开发系列的新物料；

· Other missions assigned particularly.
