职位：工程师 Engineer

要求：

良好英语沟通与读写能力

具有机械或电气教育背景

懂电路图

懂爆炸图和设备平面布置图

能够使用AutoCAD绘图或者愿意学习

售后服务工程师需要能够适应全国出差

诊断和解决问题

客户拜访和服务

与欧洲工程师和烘焙师一起进行设备安装

在中国范围内安装和介绍我们的设备，需要安装并教会客户如何使用

有兴趣学习面团处理技术和专业知识

协助龙都在中国的展会和培训等，工作大约有30%的出差时间

RONDO is a Swiss based company with global activities in the dough processing field search for a qualified engineer for after sales support in China.It is a demanding and varied activity with great development potential. We are a modern organization and market leader. We offer interesting salary for a person with passion for customer care.

Job profile:

- Mechanical and electrical education and good know how.

- Able to read wiring diagrams.

- Able to understand assembling and layout drawings.

- Speaking and writing mandarin and English (communication with Burgdorf will be English).

- Able to work on autocad files or wiling to learn it.

- Willing to learn about dough process and technology.

- Pleased to travel country wide (travel experience would be an advantage).

Your tasks:

Help desk/troubleshooting.

Service intervention.

Installation with foreign engineers, master bakers or food technologists.

Installation and introduction of our facilities around China (average length of stay of 5 days). You'll use our products not only into operation and wait, but train the customers in their operation and use; Therefore, we will thoroughly train you in this task and also later continuously educate you.

Support the RCN team on exhibitions and trainings.

Travel approximately 30%.
