Targets and functions of job
- Responsible for the Rondo China office, leader of the team.
- Close teamwork with the head office in Switzerland.
- Coordinate the daily office work.
- Prepare sales contracts in Chinese / English.
- Coordinate the after sales service in China.
- Support to our dealer network.
- Market research / market survey, develop sales, eventually service strategies, market analyses
- Check competitor activities.
- Organise exhibitions / seminars.
- Assistance in organisation of GM trips to China.
- Customer visits with GM or support visits with dealers.
- Contribute to reach the sales budget.
- Build customer profiles and keep data base updated (Bakeries,
Frozen Food manufacturer, Supermarkets, Fast Food Chains,
Coffee shop chains, Candy and cookie factories,…….)
- Networking in the bakery and food processing field.
- Direct contact to key customers.
Your profile
? Experience in sales of high end/upper market imported capital goods.
? Experience in running and managing an office with 3 – 6 employers.
? Native language Chinese and fluent in spoken and written English.
? Experienced in relationship with European company culture.
? Communicative, flexible and resilient.
? Willingness to learn and understand the Rondo product range.
? Pleased to travel countrywide ( approx. 30% ).
