辉门正盛（长沙）活塞环有限公司成立于2013年8月，是辉门公司与长沙正盛活塞环有限公司成立的合资公司，致力于船用大缸径活塞环的生产制造。公司注册资金1000万美金，位于长沙市星沙经济技术开发区东三路6号。

辉门主要产品构成。动力总成（主机客户）：汽车和工业活塞、环、缸套和动力系统及点火部件；发动机密封系统和轴瓦（主机客户）：工程油封、热/冷垫圈、驱动系统轴瓦、衬套和止推片；车辆安全和保护（主机客户）：摩擦系统部件，包括制动垫、制动版和制动片；电磁系统、热控系统和机械系统保护，燃料、照明、雨刮器产品和底盘部件；全球售后市场:全系列的业内领先的售后市场部件，用于全球汽车、商用车和工业维修市场。
1995年，辉门进入中国市场。目前，辉门已在上海、青岛、安庆、武汉、南昌、大连等地建立10多家由辉门独资或合资的企业，员工5000人，100多家售后服务经销商。

Federal-Mogul Zhengsheng (Changsha) Piston Ring Co., Ltd. was jointly founded by Federal-Mogul and Changsha Zhengsheng Piston Ring Co., Ltd. in August 2013, and is engaged in the manufacturing of marine large bore piston rings. The company is located in No.6, Dongsan Rd, Changsha Economic & Technical Zone, Changsha City with registered capital of USD10 million.
