负责建立建全模具管理机制并监督执行

负责模具台账、履历建立，及模具各部件标准化管理

负责根据生产计划，制定模具准备、安装、维护计划以及预防性维护计划

负责模具库房管理

负责外来模具的接收、评估检查及相关验收

负责对模具的持续优化改进（配合制造工程和浇铸工段）

负责模具或模具备件的采购、维修等进度跟踪

负责控制模具相关耗材使用成本

负责模具准备（或维修）团队的日常管理及建设工作

负责完成上级交办事项等工作

岗位要求：

大专及以上学历（机械工程、数控加工或模具相关专业）

熟悉office办公软件及数据分析、报告制作

熟悉IATF16949管理体系

3年以上汽配行业模具及团队管理工作经验

熟悉重力、低压或高压铸造过程工艺

精通重力、低压或高压铸造模具结构知识及模具加工制作知识

沟通协调能力强

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
