1.      Continuous Improvement FI Equipment & Processes检验设备及工艺持续改进

？       Analysis of FI(including automatic dimension checking、ultrasonic bounding checking、X-ray checking) Equipment Efficiencies by appropriate methods (Statistical Evaluation) and Initiation of   immediate Actions in case of Efficiency Shortfalls. 在效率不足的情况下，通过适当的方法（统计评估）和立即行动的行动来分析自动检验设备效率（包含FGB测量、超声波探伤、X光探伤）

？       Analysis of Efficiency Shortfalls to identify improvement opportunities, develop temporary and  permanent corrective actions and actively support its implementation. 分析效率不足，确定改进机会，开发临时性的和永久性的纠正措施，并积极支持其实施。

？       Monitor the effectiveness of the taken actions to develop and implement further improvement actions if needed如果需要，监督采取的措施的有效性，以制定和实施进一步的改进措

1. FI Manufacturing Process Control  检验制造过程工艺控制

• Develop and manage system for monitoring manufacturing process parameters开发和管理监控制造工艺参数的系统

• Determine attributive and variable process parameters to effectively control the manufacturing processes确定属性和可变工艺参数以有效控制制造过程

• Monitor internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls 监控内部和外部质量数据和支持失败的根本原因分析、制定和执行解决质量缺陷的措施

• Maintain Manufacturing Control Plans维护制造过程的控制计划

• Track / review process capabilities跟踪/审查过程能力

• Make and Issue work instruction，support process training编制和发布作业指导书，支持工艺培训

Manage and implement the manufacture standard管理和执行制造标准

1. FI Industrial Engineering  检验工业工程

• Determines Cycle times for the assigned area by applying Industrial Engineering Methods通过应用工业工程方法确定指定区域的生产节拍

• Planning and Implementation of technical changes on existing equipment计划和实施现有设备的技术变更

• Lead develop specifications for machines, cop-lead with TC specifications for fixtures, tools and gauges to accommodate new or revised processes主导开发设备的技术规范，协调夹具、工具和量规与TC规范相一致，以适应新的或修改的过程。

• Supervise and manage the procurement, installation and commissioning of new or revised    equipment监督和管理新的或修订的采购、安装和调试设备

Support collecting, consolidating and publishing key performance indicators for the assigned area支持收集、整理和发布指定区域的关键绩效指标

岗位要求：

5 years above process working experience in automotive business。Manufacture engineering experience and NDT is preferred

5年以上汽车行业工艺及产品工作经验。制造工艺相关岗位，有无损检测经验者（超声波探伤、X光探伤）优先

Bachelor degree with major in engineering/mechanical.

大学本科学历，工程机械类相关专业
