？ Costing:

？ Recognized as a key member of the plant finance team, work primarily on costing and cost analysis for the manufacturing factory, focus on cost control and cost improvement, as well as budgeting and forecasting. Provides effective cost analysis to drive for cost savings and manufacturing cost control,

？ Responsible for month end costing closing and provide relevant analysis for product cost, variable /fixed variance

？ Responsible for Inventory reconciliation to truly reflect inventory receive, consumption and ending balance, develop metrics to control inventory level, and organizes physical inventory counting at appropriate timeline

？ Review cost center “manufacturing” to ensure expenses are properly recorded and accrued

？ Prepare cost center report to each cost champion

？ Review B.O.M / Labor Rate /Overhead Rate in SAP periodically to ensure the standard cost is reasonable and accurate

？ Provide effective and accurate costing analysis for factory management to drive for further cost improvement. To be involved in all product transfer projects, and act as a key member on cost forecast, etc.

？ Develops metrics to control operational costs, and leads monthly cost review meeting with costing package

？ Liaison with all functions to complete plant budget preparation and deviation analysis

？ Initiate and monitor Inventory /Costing related processes

？ Assists Manager in special projects and process/system improvements, especially improve cost control process

？ Assists ERP system implementation and further improvement,

？ Tax

？ tax accounts reconciliation in SAP and local golden tax system

？ timely tax return on CIT, VAT, other local tax and surcharges

？ annual CIT return reconciliation between statutory financial statement and group report

？ tax plan on Transfer Price, Royalty, Dividend Payment and High Tech Company

？ IC payable

？ IC payable management in SAP and reconciliation with IC related parties

？ withholding tax for non - trade IC payable payment and invoicing

？ Management

o tax invoices management

o effective communication with local tax bureaus on tax return, auditing and projects

o payment proposal in line with monthly operating cash flow target

？ Special projects

o assist in external and internal auditing relative to tax accounts and IC payable accounts

o annual joint government inspections

Competencies:

？ Ideally the candidate should have university degree on finance and accounting major and at least 5 years working experience in similar MNCs working environment, preferable with MFG.

？ Good PRC GAAP and IFRS GAAP knowledge, with solid analysis and reporting skills are preferred

？ Proficient in Excel, Familiar with MS Office

？ Good team member and able to work in a multi-cultural team environment as well as multi-task, work under pressure and enjoy challenges.

？ Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese

？ Positive working attitude and excellent communication skills is critical for your success of this role.

？ Strong Sense of responsibility and dedication

？ Knowledge of ERP (SAP is a plus ) and experience on standard costing is preferred.
