岗位职责：Job Description:
1.基于相关技术和工艺文件编制进料检验计划
  Work out incoming inspection plan based on related technical and process documents
- 2.基于相关技术、工艺文件和进料检验计划编制进料检验作业指导书
  Working our incoming inspection working instrucion based on related technical,process documents and incoming inspecting plan.
- 3.负责处理所有进料不合格品，与SQE及供应商确定处理方式
  Responsible for dispoing all the non-conformance incoming materials,together with SQE and supplier to confirm disposing way.
- 4.协助供应商质量系统能力的提升
  Assist to improve supplier quality system capability
- 5.汇总分析进料不合格问题，进行问题分类，找出趋势及应对措施
  Summarize all the incoming inspection problems,category all the problems,find the trend and response actions.
- 6.参与因内部技术更改对可装配性、形式、功能、性能和／或耐久性的影响的评价和实施前的内部批准。
  Attend in the evaluation and internal approval of the assemblaility/function/performance/durablity due to the impact of interal desigh change.
- 7.参与并实施用于识别特殊特性的过程，包括顾客确定的以及内部基于经验教训分析所确定的特殊特性。
  Attend in the process of identifying the special characteristics,including both customer requirements and internal leasons learned.
- 8.按期完成总部（德国、华域）质量指标汇报文件；
  Headquarters （German、 huayu）report quality index file to finish on time；
- 9.基础的质量数据汇总统计分析，质量例会资料整理汇总；
  The basis of quality data statistics analysis，Quality meeting data sorting summary；
- 10.积极主动完成公司安排的各项临时工作
  Complete the temporary tasks assigned by company

qualifications:
-熟悉APQP, PPAP, 体系16949, 控制计划, PFMEA和客户需求
  Knowledge in APQP, PPAP, TS16949, Control Plans, PFMEA and customer requirements
- 熟悉进料检验流程，有进料检验和供应商管理工作经验
  Be farmiar with incoming inspection process,with working experiences on incoming inspection and supplier management
- 有团队合作精神
  To be team player
- 会使用项目管理
  Use of project management techniques
- 会使用质量改进工具

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
