Job Responsibilities: 工作职责：
? Develop, implement, maintain and manage execution of maintenance programs / schedules for all technical equipment.
制定、执行、维护和管理所有设备的维修保养项目/计划。
         ? Develop work instructions / maintenance job plans including specification of tools and industrial materials to be utilized
          制定作业指导书/维护工作计划包括模具说明书和使用的工业材料。
         ? Determines whether the work should be performed by operators, maintenance crafts workers, or outside contractors.
          确定维护工作是由操作工，维修人员，或外包人员完成。
         ? Optimize maintenance job plans by regular reviews of work required, work that can be eliminated,and new work to be added to the maintenance plan.
          通过定期回顾必须的工作，可以淘汰的工作，可以新增的工作，来优化维护工作计划
         ? Examine maintenance strategies to ensure cost effectiveness 检查维修保养战略确保成本效率
? Periodically review equipment maintenance records to identify continual problems with equipment, develop and implement technical solutions to the problems and amend the existing preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
定期回顾设备保养记录，识别设备的持续性问题，采用技术方法解决问题，并修改现有预防性和预见性维护计划。
? Develop, implement and maintain performance indicators for maintenance and review those regularly with the maintenance manager.
制定，实施和维护维修保养绩效指标，并定期与经理回顾。
? Ensures that appropriate monitoring techniques are used for determining equipment conditions to develop an effective overhaul schedule and help eliminate unplanned maintenance downtime.
确保使用适当的监控技术来监控设备运行状态，并形成有效的大修计划，帮助减少计划外的维修停机时间。
? Develop, implement and manage execution of outage and overhaul plans.
制定，实施和管理储运损耗和大修计划的执行状态。
? Ensure outside contractors are qualified and that the work performed by contractors is of the proper quality. Carry out factory inspection where equipment is refurbished at a contractor site. 确保外部服务商资质并确保服务质量。当设备在服务商处翻新时执行工厂检验计划。
? Develop and maintain a spare parts policies for plant equipment to ensure that the right parts are in stock and in the right amounts
制定和维护工厂设备备件政策，确保有合理的备件及库存。

Qualifications 任职资格：
Bachelor or above, at least 5 years working experience in equipment maintenance management.
本科以上学历，至少5年以上设备维护保养经验。
Basic English is required.
具备基本英语沟通能力。

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
