Job Description:
? Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations and other documents
? Design and maintain databases
? File and retrieve documents and reference materials
? Conduct research, collect and analyse data to prepare reports and documents
? Manage and maintain plant manager's schedules, appointments and travel arrangements
? Arrange and co-ordinate meetings and events
? Record, transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings
? Monitor, screen, respond to and distribute incoming communications
? Answer and manage incoming calls
? Receive and interact with incoming visitors
? Liaise with internal staff at all levels
? Interact with external clients
? Co-ordinate project-based work
? Review operating practices and implement improvements where necessary
? Provide English / Chinese and Chinese / English Translation support, both oral and written
? Provide support to Foreign Assignment Employees, e.g. Visa support, transportation, taxes, permits, accomodation, contracts etc.
?Plant administration&logistics work management,such as shuttle bus, cantenn, cleaner, safety guard management.etc.

Qualifications:
1.fluent English, TEM-8,second language in France is preferred.
2.At least 3 years experience providing support at a high management level.
3.Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of relevant software such as MS Office Suite

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
