Job Responsibilities: 工作职责：
Planning and Management of internal Environmental Protection 内部环境保护的规划与管理
? Development and implementation of actions to improve the environmental protection of all pieces of equipment and processes. Maintain 5 year Environmental business plan 制定与实施相应计划来改善所有设备与工艺流程的环境保护问题。制定5年期环境计划。
? Review of all planned ME, CI and Maintenance projects regarding its potential impact on the environment and the protection thereof. Check and confirm compliance of projects with all legal (local & National) requirements and KS and Hasco Standards regarding handling of hazardous materials, waste water, emissions and noise levels. 评估ME/CI和维修项目中所有与环境保护相关的潜在影响，检查并确保所有项目中关于危险材料，废水处理等符合法律法规（当地政府和国家），KS 和华域标准。
? Generate and maintain all documents (e.g. Environmental procedures) and records required to obtain and secure all required Environmental Certificates, e.g. ISO 14001 编制和维护所有环境体系如ISO14001必须的文件（如环境程序）和记录。
? Act as single point of contact for external certification companies and local / national authorities for all certificate related matter
作为联络人，负责与外部认证机构和当地/国家联系所有认证相关的事宜。
? Develop, implement and maintain a robust management system for environmental documents (e.g. procedures) and records
制定，实施和维护健全的环境相关文件（如，环保程序）和记录的管理体系。
? Collate and issue monthly Environmental Protection Report, develop emergency response, business continuation and desaster recovery plans including alarm plans and evacuation instructions。 校对和公布月度环境保护报告，制定应急响应措施，可持续商业计划和灾后恢复计划包括警示计划和疏散指示。
? Waste Management 废弃物管理
? Coordination of all waste disposal activities in compliance with local and national requirements, including management of waste collection, internal storage, treatment and transportation logistics 协调所有废物处理活动，确保符合当地和国家要求，包括废物收集，内部存储，处理和物流运输管理。
? Environmental Training 环境培训
? Planning and execution of environmental protection awareness trainings for all employees 对全体员工实施环境保护意识的培训

? Manage Plant layout plans incl change management with particular focus on Civil Engineering, i.e. pipeworks, pipe connections, exhaust / extraction systems etc. 管理工厂布局计划，特别是土木工程变更管理，如管道工厂，官网连接，排气/抽风系统等。
   ? Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of supply lines, waste treatment and central technical equipment (e.g. compressor/ boiler house, electrical substations, HVAC etc.)
负责规划，指导和协调与供应管道，废弃物处理，中央控制设备（如，空压机/锅炉房，配电房，HVAC等）相关的设计，建设，更新和维护保养工作。
     ? Establishes standards and policies for installation, modification, quality control, testing, operating procedures, inspection, and maintenance of equipment, according to engineering principles and safety regulations.
根据工程学原理和安全规则，建立设备的安装，更新，质量控制，检测，操作程序，检查和维护的标准及政策。
     ? Directs maintenance of plant buildings and coordinates requirements for new designs, surveys, and maintenance schedules for equipment and machinery.
负责厂房的直接维护，协调机械设备的新设计，调查与维护保养计划。
     ? Supervise and manage the procurement, installation and commissioning of new or revised equipment, tests and confirms new / modified equipment is meeting specifications
监控与管理新设备或更新设备的采购，按照及调试工作，负责测试并确认新设备符合规范。
     ? Collect, consolidate and publish key performance indicators for the assigned area
收集，整理并公布所负责板块的关键指标。
     ? Develop, implement and manage execution of outage and overhaul plans.
制定，实施和管理储运损耗和大修计划的执行状态。
     ? Ensure outside contractors are qualified and that the work performed by contractors is of the proper quality. Carry out factory inspection where equipment is refurbished at a contractor site.
确保外部服务商资质并确保服务质量。当设备在服务商处翻新时执行工厂检验计划。

Qualifications 任职资格：
Bechelor or above, 3 years working experience in civil, layout , equipment maintenance or plant engineering.
本科以上学历，至少3年以上从事工厂基建/布局/设备管理或者工厂工程等相关类工作经验。
