Continuous Improvement of Equipment & Processes 设备&工艺持续改进
? Analysis of Equipment Efficiencies by appropriate methods (Statistical Evaluation) and Initiation of immediate Actions in case of Efficiency Shortfalls 运用适当的方式分析设备效率（统计学评价）并在效率低下时立即采取改善行动。
? Analysis of Efficiency Shortfalls to identify improvement opportunities, develop temporary and permanent corrective actions and actively support its implementation.分析效率低下原因，识别改善机会，制定临时和永久性改善措施，并积极实施改进。
? Monitor the effectiveness of the taken actions to develop and implement further improvement actions if needed
监控改善措施的有效性，在必要时做进一步改善。
Manufacturing Process Control 制造过程控制
? Develop and manage system for monitoring manufacturing process parameters 制定和管理制造过程参数的监控体系。
? Determine attributive and variable process parameters to effectively control the manufacturing processes
定义各种工艺参数，并对制造过程进行有效监控。
? Monitior internal and external quality data and support failure root cause analysis, development and implementation of actions to resolve quality shortfalls 监控内外部质量数据，支持质量缺陷的根本原因分析，制定改善措施解决质量缺陷。
? Maintain Manufacturing Control Plans 维修制造控制计划。
Industrial Engineering 工业工程
? Determines Cycle times for the assigned area by applying Industrial Engineering Methods 运用工业工程方法制定各自领域内的产品节拍。
? Planning and Implementation of technical changes on existing equipment 对现有设备实施技术改进
? Develop specifications for machines, fixtures, tools and gauges to accomodate new or revised processes
为新工艺或改进工艺制定相关机器，工装，模具和检具的技术参数，
? Supervise and manage the procurement, installation and commissioning of new or revised equipment
监督和管理新设备或改进设备的采购，安装和调试。
? Support collecting, consolidating and publishing key performance indicators for the assigned area
协助收集、整合和公布各自领域内的关键绩效指标

Qualifications:
3 years working experience in automation control engineering.
3年以上制动化控制系统工作经验。
Basic English is required.
具备基本英语沟通能力。

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
