JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:工作职责
? Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with business systems or processes, such as customer sales, order management, accounting, or shipping. 与其他部门合作，将物流与业务体系和流程进行整合，如客户销售，订单管理，账单和发运等。
? Create policies or procedures for logistics activities (internal, external incl. customs) 建立物流相关活动（内部，外部包括客户）的政策或程序
? Direct inbound and outbound logistics operations, such as transportation or warehouse activities, safety performance, or logistics quality management.
指挥进厂和出厂物流操作，如运输或仓库管理，安全库存或者物流质量管理
? Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems. 建立和监控详细的以供应链为基础的绩效管理系统。
? Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics. 实施特定的客户要求，如对内报表或客户制定的运输指标
? Maintain metrics, reports, process documentation, customer service logs, or training or safety records. 维护指标，报告，过程文件，客户服务运行记录，培训及安全记录
? Negotiate with suppliers or customers to improve supply chain efficiency or sustainability. 与供应商或客户商谈，以提高供应链效率和持续性。
? Plan and implement internal or external logistics systems or processes. 规划和执行内部或外部物流系统或流程。
? Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. 解决物流运输，物流系统，进出口或客户相关的物流问题。
? Communicate freight transportation information to customers or suppliers, using transportation management, electronic logistics marketplace, or electronic freight information systems, to improve efficiency, speed, or quality of transportation services. 与客户或供应商沟通运输费率信息，运用运输管理，电子物流市场，或电子运费信息系统，以提高运输服务的效率，速度和质量。
? Coordinate comprehensive logistical or reverse logistical functions for product life cycles, including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery, recycling, reuse, or final disposal of resources. 整合产品生命周期的物流综合功能，包括获得，分布，内部分配，交付，回收，重新使用及最终丢弃。
? Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, or frequency. 推荐***运输模式，路径，设备或频次。
? Analyze all aspects of corporate logistics to determine the most cost-effective or efficient means of transporting products or supplies. 分析公司各方面物流，采用最合算和最有效的产品运输和供应方式
? Develop risk management programs to ensure continuity of supply in emergency scenarios. 制定风险管理机制，确保紧急情况下的物料持续供应
? Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery. 确保承运方在产品运输或交付时遵守公司政策或流程
? Monitor product import or export processes to ensure compliance with regulatory or legal requirements. 监控产品进出口流程，确保符合法律要求
? Plan or implement material flow management systems to meet production requirements. 规划或实施物料流程管理体系，满足生产需求。
? Design models for use in evaluating logistics programs or services.设计可用模型评估物流项目或服务
? Negotiate transportation rates or services.运输费率及服务商谈
? Train and coach others in both classroom (informal) and floor training 能在教室（非正式的）和工厂内培训和辅导他人。

任职要求：
? Have a strong background in Material Planning & Logistics
有较强的物流相关专业背景
? Basic English on reading and writing.
具备基本的英语读写能力
? Have the ability to work effectively toward deadlines

Chongqing Kolbenschmidt Piston Co.,Ltd, located in Yufu industry park in Liangliang Area,is a new Sino-Germany joint venture producing piston and corresponding parts.Our plant has been started construction in Nov.2016 and will be launched in July,2017.
