With the typical competence at industrial automation, today SIAS, positioning in industry-oriented way to expand its business scope, has become the solution and engineering provider of SLC I IA&DT in the field of process control.

　　Our scope of business covers Process Automation (PA), Customer Service (CS) and OEM Solution.

　　1. Process Automation

　　In the field of PA, SIAS has developed business model and rich experience in fields of Chemical /Petrochemical Industry, Solar Energy/Glass, WWTP, Pharmaceutics, Food & Beverage, etc.

　　We are familiar with customers’ production technology process, demand for automation control, and even the production and operating management process and requirement, so we are able to provide entire solutions of automation process control, informative management and process informationization of product lifecycle in accordance with customers’ actual condition and demand.

　　SIAS provides following services according to customer requirements: Turn-key projects, Automation system integration, Technical information, After-sales services, training, etc.

　　Turn-key project is the focus business and target of SIAS. Its service range includes: reviewing design of automatic system, providing system hardware, software, control cabinet, system integration and testing, engineering installation and commissioning, project management, star-up, on-site running guarantee and technical consulting etc.

　　2. Customer Service

　　Lifecycle Services & Value Services

　　The automation service center of SIAS provides product lifecycle services and value services. It fulfills the service function of product warranty exchange, part of products’ local repair, S5 PLC hotline support and SCE program on behalf of Siemens Industry Customer Service Division.

　　Migration Solution

　　We provide upgrade and migration solution to automatic control system of Chemical/Petrochemical Industry, Solar Energy/Glass, WWTP, Pharmaceutics, Food & Beverage, etc.

　　Cross Industry Project

　　We take care of the business of: 1 Solution and service to the automatic control system of municipal engineering as: rail transit, airport, tunnel, etc. 2. Solution and service to the automatic control system of plant as: semiconductor clean workshop, garbage incineration power generation, auxiliary power controls, etc. 3. Solution and service to large municipal pipeline network with SCADA.

　　We provide solutions for machinery equipment manufacturers within related industries. A package deal of product selection, project design, program & debug and others are provided according to different types and technological requirements.

　　SIAS服务部代表西门子工业客户服务集团，为西门子自动化客户提供产品生命周期服务和增值服务，负责其自动化产品的售后质保更换服务，部分产品的本地维修服务以及S5 PLC 热线技术支持以及学校 实验室共建业务的拓展与实施。
　
　　升级改造业务

　　升级改造业务部负责为石化、化工、太阳能/玻璃、供水/水处理、制药、食品饮料等行业的自动控制系统提供升级、改造等解决方案。

　　综合业务事业部

　　SIAS综合业务事业部 1. 面向轨道交通、机场、隧道等市政工程，提供自动化控制系统解决方案及服务； 2. 面向工厂如半导体洁净厂房、垃圾焚烧发电、电力辅控等领域的自动控制系统提供解决方案及服务 ；3. 面向大型市政管网提供SCADA系统解决方案及服务。

　　三、机械自动化事业部 （OEM）
