（二）负责售楼处内的公共秩序，阻止可疑人员进入楼层，密切观察值勤区内的情况，发现异常立即上级领导报告。
（三）以标准的军姿，整洁的着装展示物业服务中心的精神面貌。
（四）在发生突发事件时，要坚守岗位，服从统一指挥，维持售楼处内的正常秩序。
