It has Level-one qualification of China's property management enterprises, become a unit of China Property Management Association, member of the China Tourist Hotels Association, co-organized unit of "China Property Management" magazine and won the title of trustworthy enterprises in Beijing for many times. It has been selected to be the example that fulfilled their social responsibility in the property management industry and has been selected to be one of the 100 well-known capital enterprises. COSCO Hotel Property, in particular committed to the quality of service and management. It has passed tests of four international certificates including ISO9001 quality management system, ISO14001 environmental management system, OHSAS18001 occupational health and safety system, CMSAS86: 2000 complaints management system.
