任职资格:
1、年龄:20-40岁;
2、 弱电相关专业中专、技校毕业或同等学历;
3、二年以上弱电设备维修经验
4、对弱电系统的设备性能、结构、维修保养方法十分熟悉。实际操作能力强,能够排除故障;
岗位职责:
1.掌握项目监控、广播电视、安防、消防、电梯、车场管理等弱电系统的分布结构线路、接口、设备设施规格、型号、名称、性
能、安装地点位置、启用时间、运行状态、维修保养情况、出厂日期等。按要求做好日常维修保养、管理监测。
2.定期对本专业设备进行巡视检查,发现问题及时处理,并做好记录,报告主管领导,掌握设备性能和运行状况,做好运行监测并记录。
3.负责保管配发的工具、设备备用零件,做好设备防火、防潮、防静电工作,保障设备正常运行。
4.卫星机房与工作无关人员严禁入内,参观、检查人员要经上级领导批准,方可进入。
强电技工 工资2500-2800
岗位描述:
1.负责整个物业变配电系统的日常运行、管理及维护、保养工作。
2.负责园区住户及公区设备等动力电源的供给。
3.负责给排水专业所有动力电源的维修保养。
4.负责物业公共区域的照明维修。
5.负责物业临时供电的安排和计划。
6.负责消防系统强电及卷帘门的维修、保养。
7.负责提供节约电力的计划方案,并经批准后实施。
8.对系统不完善的地方提出整改方案,并经批准后实施。
9.为业主、客户提供有偿服务。对业主收房期间所提整改问题的维修跟进工作。
