DESCRIPTION OF JOB DUTIES
1.Trouble shooting of packaging production 包材生产过程中问题的解决
2.Optimizing the efficiency of equipment and technical, improve the process capability through statistical and TPM methods 优化设备及工艺条件，通过统计学及TPM方法提高效率及过程能力
3.Conduct trials for new packaging materials 安排新包材的试机
4.Taking part in the NPI 参与新品开发
5.Contact R&M suppliers to deal with packaging material’s 与供应商协作处理包材的问题
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK EXPERIENCE
1. Bachelor or above degree, Major in fermentation, food or biochemical related
2. 3-5 years’ work experience in manufacturing and quality control. Experience in beer production, ISO9000 is preferable.
3. Good communication ability and team spirit.
4. Good English reading/writing/speaking ability.
5. Good Micro office skills, eg: Excel, Power point
6. Personal requirement： Be accurate/ reliable/ independent/ flexible. Hard working, Displays initiative; Disciplined; Ability to work and solve problem
7. Willing to work and live in Jia Shan .
