Key Responsibilities include (but not limited to):
1. Recording cash and cheque receipts and banking of the same to meet CRTX standards, payment and reimbursements, and updating the finance system as appropriate.
2. Managing petty cash (reimbursements for minor expenses), travel accounts, ensuring the request approval, providing the cash advance, ordering and collecting as required.
3. Managing employee credit card applications, terminations and disputes in addition to processing employee credit card statements in order to meet company standards (authorization and payment)
4. Processing employee expense claims by ensuring the correct authorization, reconciling to cash advance, and ensuring reimbursements where appropriate.
5. To take cash counting on daily basis and try to realize the consistency between the record and account.
6. Prepare monthly cash report according to the requirement of Chinalco.
7. To be responsible for the management of bank account and to handle procedures for opening, changing and canceling the bank account; to keep and use a bank reserved seal (special financial seal); to purchase, register, store, fill in and issue cash cheques and transfer cheques; to receive, register and keep a variety of instruments, such as bank accepted bills, and make bill inspection on a monthly basis.
8. To maintain communication with the bank and timely fetch the relevant settlement voucher, receipts and so on; to coordinate with the bank to find out the deposit in transit in the Bank Reconciliation and investigating anomalies where they arise. to handle salary card for staff and transfer salaries into individual accounts in accordance with the Employees Payroll Sheet approved by the General Manager.
9. To implement other tasks arranged by the CFO and Financial Manager.
To be considered for this role you will have:
1. A degree in a relevant accounting related discipline.
2. MS Office or equivalent Finance system skills.
3. Good Command of both Spoken and Writen Proficient English.
4. Accounting/Tax packages training experience
