KEY EXPECTATIONS:
As Account Manager based in Chengdu, you will sell UA products within assigned territory to achieve established goals; employ selling techniques and negotiating strategies to achieve sales goals from assigned accounts.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Effective management of sales resources to maximize revenues and control cost of sales.Establish territory sales goals and develop a sales plan for each assigned account, in concert with the General Sales Manager, to achieve corporate sales and distribution objectives.
Maintain productive, on-going relationships with assigned accounts and functions in a consultative capacity with key accounts to ensure maximum revenue and market share.
Monitor, analyze and interpret account revenue and share reports to determine problems and opportunities for improvements.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
A proactive individual with sales background of at least 4-5 years experience in airline related fields with territory management
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline
Strong team player skills required
Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills required
Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop new and better approaches to challenges
Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English & local language.
A team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
SALARY SCALE:
To be determined, competitive with local market pay for similar roles.
WORKING HOURS:
Successful applicant must be prepared to work outside normal office hours and travel as required according to company and operational needs.
