职位描述
1、大专以上学历，年龄25-40岁，三年以上工作经验；
2、完整经历至少2个售楼处项目，2年以上案场管理经验；
3、熟悉物业公司保安、保洁、水吧人员管理；
4、负责销售案场示范区物业团队建设、管理与绩效考核，统筹开展相关培训，组织团队会议；
5、处理案场发生的重大投诉和突发事件；
6、能及时有效的完成公司各项专案策划及相关的市场活动；
7、具有良好的语言与文字表达，与开发商能够进行及时沟通与协调能力；
8、具有较强的组织、策划、方案执行能力及团队管理能力。
