职位描述
岗位职责：
1. 负责公司培训政策、制度、流程制订与完善；
2. 组织制订、监督落实各项目年度和月度培训计划；
3. 协助建立公司培训体系；
4. 定期检查计划实施情况，对总体培训情况和各项目培训检查情况进行总结，对培训效果做出客观评估，提出培训新方案；
5. 拓展培训渠道和培训资源，积累培训经验和资料，开发培训课题，编制培训教材，编写培训教案；
6. 指导、辅助、监督和检查各项目培训执行情况，配合各项目贯彻落实各项培训工作，提高培训质量及效果；
7. 负责各项目员工培训各科目与验收工作，做好培训记录、培训考核管理工作，并撰写员工培训的评估报告；
8. 实施或参与部分课程的讲授；
9. 完成部门领导交办的其他工作。
任职条件：
1. 本科以上学历，人力资源、企业管理等相关专业，有物业或相关行业从业经验；
2. 三年以上培训、讲师、课程开发等相关岗位工作经验，能独立讲授课程者优先；
3. 熟悉企业员工发展体系运作，熟练培训流程，有较强的培训实操能力；
4. 具备良好的职业形象、职业道德与职业操守，有较强的组织、协调、沟通交流能力。
