任职要求：1.能熟练使用办公软件。

4.熟悉中央空调系统。
5.年龄：45岁以下。
6.有相关岗位技能证书。
岗位职责：
1）负责安排、指挥、监督下属的日常工作，保证空调系统、给排水系统、热力站设备正常运行；
2）负责定期热力设备维修、保养工作；
3）负责设备的定期检测；
4）负责培训下属正确操作本专业设备；
5）负责检查本系统之各种运行记录及检查表格；
6）监督外判维修保养合同的执行情况；
7）负责本系统员工之考勤、纪律检查及考核；
8）负责制定合理的运行方案，以达到节能效果；
9）巡视机房设备，并监管大厦内温、湿度及新风量到合适水平；
10）负责分派下属员工的日常维修、保养工作；
11）负责处理物业部签署之维修通知单；
12）负责给排水设备、设施、机械设备设施的综合管理，负责每月自来水、热水、中水的能源统计报告工作；
13）负责消防、喷淋用水设备、软化水设备的检查工作；
14）保证生活水的水质达到标准；完成领导交办的其他工作。
