职位描述:
1、按照安排认真做好桌椅、餐厅卫生，餐厅铺台，准备好各种用品，确保正常营业使用；
2、接待顾客应主动、热情、礼貌、耐心、周到，使顾客有宾至如归之感；
3、运用礼貌语言，为客人提供最佳服务；
4、善于向顾客介绍和推销餐厅饮品及特色菜点；
5、配合工作，服从领导指挥，团结及善于帮助同事工作；
6、积极参加培训，不断提高服务技能。
岗位要求：
1、男女不限，具备强烈进取精神，喜欢餐饮服务工作；
2、热爱服务，性格开朗，身体健康，无传染病及传染病史，有健康证；
3、良好的行业语言表达能力及客户服务意识；
4、具有良好的执行能力及学习意愿，五官端正，仪表整洁，有亲和力和上进心，个性主动积极，态度良好，身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，无不良嗜好。
