KEY EXPECTATIONS:

The Account Service Representative primary manage group sales and reservation in United Guangzhou office, which including answering inquiry, providing fare quote, making group booking and following up on deposit and payment submission and ticketing timeline. Follow up group parameter and implement group sale procedure to generate revenue related to group traffic on both economy and premium cabin. Collect market competitive related to group and provide group related report to Sales Manager
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
· College degree or at least 3 years equivalent work experience required;
· Strong team player skills required;
· Strong communication, presentation and relationship building skills required;
· Strong problem solving skills with the ability to develop new and better approaches to challenges;
· Proficient in Reservations and computer skills;
· Fluent oral and written communication skills in both English & local language
· At least 3 or more years airline experience in the area of reservation, sales, or revenue management required
SALARY SCALE:
To be determined, competitive with local market pay for similar roles.

WORKING HOURS:
Successful applicant must be prepared to work outside normal office hours and travel as required occasionally according to company and operational needs.
