职位描述
工作内容：
1、负责天猫/京东旗舰店数据分析、活动运营等日常工作；
2、制定店铺的整体运营策略、推广策略，提高店铺点击率、浏览量和转化率；
3、针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估，并提出营销改进措施；
4、负责营销活动策划（引流，直通车，钻展及其他网站推广）；
5、负责店铺广告图片主题策划，与美工协同完成广告图片的设计和投放、对页面的调整和改版。
任职要求：
1、本科及以上，精通直通车、淘宝客、钻展各类推广工具；
2、了解各种推广渠道和方法，提高店铺有效流量，并根据推广效果进行跟踪、评估和优化；
3、有过双十一大型促销活动经验；
4、较强的数据收集、整理和分析能力，能够通过数据分析调整运营策略；
5、工作思路清晰，有较强的条理性、协调能力和沟通能力，积极主动，能够承担一定的工作压力；
6、有2年以上天猫店或者京东店运营经验，熟悉相关电商平台规则，有卫浴类目或者高单价运营经验者优先考虑。
7、如果没有无工作经验，学习能够力强也可以做管培生。
