About AXENT
AXENT is a global provider of intelligent sanitary solutions with branch offices in Switzerland, the USA （California）, and Hong Kong. Since we entered the Chinese market in 2005, we have expanded rapidly and established three strategic hubs in China, including a global R&D center in Xiamen, a sales & marketing center in ShangHai, and a manufacturing facility in Hebei.
Currently, AXENT has more than 3,600 employees worldwide. We have filed a total of 600 national and international patents. Leading the trend in smart sanitary technology, we have pioneered i-Flush, the world’s first cistern-free flushing technology. We have also invested in a new research center dedicated to the development of smart sanitary systems based on Internet of Things for the healthcare industry.

History
November 1999 : Swell International is founded in Hong Kong.
March 2003: AXENT CORP. LTD is founded in Hong Kong, and in the same year, AXENT USA is founded in California .
November 2005: TANGSHAN AXENT-FENGHUA CERAMICS Co., Ltd is founded.
March 2007: Hebei AXENT Sanitary-Ware Co., Ltd. is founded.
May 2008: AXENT Technology （Shanghai） Co., Ltd. is founded, and in the same year, AXENT International is founded in Switzerland.
November 2010: AXENT Technology （Xiamen） Co., Ltd. is founded.
October 2012: AXENT （Changtai） Leisure Sanitary Ware Co., Ltd is founded.

Key events
2007: The unique i-Flush technology with ultralow-volume, pressurized flushing system was developed.
2008: The world’s first tankless toilet with i-Flush technology was displayed in the Industry Show in the USA.
2011: The Pentium siphon technology was developed, and overturned the conventional siphon standard.
2011: The intelligent music toilet “Marlene” won IF award at the German Sanitary Evaluation.
2012: The world’s thinnest smart toilet “Athena” was displayed at Shanghai KBC show.
2013: The famous Italian design studio “Matteo Thun & Partners” started to cooperate witha AXENT in product design.
2013: AXENT signed the long-term cooperation agreements with hot tub pioneer ‘JACUZZI’ and top Italian hardware brand ‘CRISTINA’.
March 2015: AXENT intelligent toilet won Red Dot Design Award and Design Plus award.
January 2016: AXENT.ONE Intelligent Toilet won IF award 2016, and ICONIC AWARDS 2016.
January 2017: AXENT PRIMUS toilet became Best of Best of ICONIC AWARDS 2017.
February 2017: AXENT PRIMUS toilet and AXENT.ONE C Intelligent Toilet won IF award.
March 2017: AXENT PRIMUS toilet won DESIGN PLUS award on ISH show.
