一、 高级商务经理（1人）

主要职责：

1、 负责公司商务发展战略及相关制度的起草和组织实施工作；

2、 领导公司商务发展团队，负责公司新设矿权申办理和办理，并通过商务合作或兼并或转让来开拓新的项目机会，为公司创造价值；

3、 负责国内外矿业权市场调研工作，为公司获取矿权提供支撑，确保公司长期发展所需的矿权；

4、 负责其管理其职责范围内与健康、安全、环境和社区相关的所有事务、并确保满足所有标准；同时参与领导公司的健康、安全、环境和社区工作，并在实际工作中贯彻实施。

任职要求：

1、 地质或相关专业本科以上学历，在矿产资源领域拥有至少8年在勘探部门或采矿业部门或法律部门担任高级主管之类的工作经验；

2、 拥有矿产资源经济和法律或管理类的相关工作经验,熟悉矿权运作，或具有专业的土地权/矿权资质；

3、 有在大型矿业公司工作经验，拥有在高标准的安全,职业,健康和环境的管理环境下的工作经验适应多文化、双语环境工作；

4、 对跨国矿业公司和多矿种矿业公司的运作模式以及矿业行业各领域都有所了解；

5、 在矿业行业内拥有广泛的人际关系。

The Chinalco-Rio Tinto Exploration (“CRTX”) company was established in 2011 to explore for copper, coal, potash, iron ore, nickel and borates in the People’s Republic of China. The company is a joint venture between two of the world’s leading minerals and metals producers – Chinalco and Rio Tinto.
