2、能够配合院线电影、电视剧、网剧、网大的宣传发行，拟定新媒体投放计划，沟通各大新媒体、自媒体、UP主等渠道，跟进影视宣发项目的执行

3、团队协作意识强，对影视娱乐营销有主观意见思路，能够与团队协同完成线上、线下活动策划执行

4、影视娱乐营销工作经验2年以上

任职要求：

1、专科以上学历，公关、新闻等相关专业优先；

2、熟悉传媒行业，至少拥有2年公关传播、活动组织管理等相关工作经验；

3、性格开朗，具有良好沟通能力和团队合作精神，工作认真负责、细心、刻苦耐劳；

4、有良好的口头表达能力和逻辑思维能力，具备良好的媒体资源协调能力；

5、具备较好的文字撰写能力，熟悉媒体，了解媒体运作规律。
