公司总部位于北京，自2014年成立至今已建立百余人专业团队，参与国内外院线发行影视项目数十部，联合出品发行的电影《东北往事之破马张飞》票房过亿，宣发全案的电影《忠爱无言》打造小成本电影黑马，上座率及观众评分超越同档期所有影片，获得口碑票房双丰收。同时也曾参与宣传发行《大话西游3》《老炮》等电影项目。目前公司宣发团队日益壮大，已在全国40余个票仓城市配备资深落地发行员，发行渠道覆盖院线、数字电视、视频网站、移动互联网等全媒体终端，院线公关及落地执行能力业内领先。
2016年，环鹰时代在美国洛杉矶设立分公司，与好莱坞影视公司积极洽谈项目合作。现已成功引进国际制作影片两百余部。2018年将主导两部好莱坞一线艺人参演的影片《深海越狱》《真相漩涡》在国内院线上映。其他影片囊括戛纳、东京、柏林等A类国际电影节优秀影片。
公司在娱乐营销方面与农夫山泉、海信电视、思念食品、月如意等多家品牌保持深度合作，2017年合力打造《我的前半生》、《人间至味是清欢》，《春风十里不如你》等多款影视植入爆款案例。
