职位描述：
1 Cover reception desk
Answering incoming telephone calls in a professional way, taking and forwarding accurate messages to respective person in a clear and timely manner;
Receiving guests and visitors (greeting, notifying relevant staff and showing guests to meeting rooms); Coordination on business card printing
Arranging courier receiving and delivery for the office

2 Make arrangements on Drivers’ duties and Office cars using
Arrangement of routes/vehicles for Drivers to ensure normal and emergent office transportation needs
Check and record the expenses statement on office cars’ consumes

3 Make travel arrangements & update contracted hotel list annually
Handling international travel arrangements for office and internal flight for HR-Admin/make travel arrangements when the Dept. assistants in vacation.
Coordinating with flight agent/contracted hotels based on the feedback from staff
Arranging hotel non-contracted reservation

4 Assistant field
Follow-up the monthly flights’ data system.
Monthly cost statistic on Postage/tickets/City EMS
Update telephone list (whole China) monthly basically
Update flight/car statistic on Co2 emission
Professional high school equivalent diploma with / Intermediate English in related field
At least 1 year relevant work experience in a similar position in multinational companies
Computer knowledge of Office software
Working language English, and French is a plus, Fluent Chinese
Good communication skills; good telephone presentation skills (pleasant and professional), able to deal with different types of customers via phone and take accurate messages
Good computer knowledge of Office software
Extremely punctual and presentable
Self-motivated and a good organizer
Able to manage multiple tasks at the same time
Patient, enthusiastic and caring for details

Basic requirements: (Education/Qualification/Language/Computer etc.)
Professional high school equivalent diploma with / Intermediate English in related field
