THE COMPANY
Peak Scientific Instruments, a fast–growing company specialising in the manufacture of laboratory gas generators for the life science and biomedical market is looking to recruit a Service Sales Specialist.
We are an award winning company having recently achieved our third Queen’s Award for industry, with our head office based in a modern facility at Inchinnan by Glasgow International Airport and have a very strong reputation in the market place. We export 90% of our sales to approximately 115 countries and we have overseas offices including the USA, Brazil, China, South Africa, Australia, Japan and Singapore.
 
POSITION
Reporting to the Senior Customer Service Specialist, this role is critical to supporting the highest standards of service our customers expect, the Service Sales Administrator role involves:
? Service Sales administration, managing generator customer base and sales information
? Daily use of the SAP ERP system
? Preparation of invoicing and subsequent payment follow up
? Weekly and monthly service sales logging and reporting
? Accurately preparing and recording sales orders and invoices
? Updating CRM system with all relevant customer information and orders
? Frequent communication and coordination with Headquarters’

Skills required
? Organised, with the ability to manage and maintain large quantities of data
? Customer focussed – able to build relationships and gain trust over the phone/email
? Able to manage relationships and team working
? Self-motivated with the capacity to plan time effectively & prioritise
? Communication – able to communicate clearly and accurately by adopting a range of styles
? Resilience – remains effective in the face of pressure
? Results driven, ability to manage personal and collective team targets
? Good oral and written English
? Excellent customer service skills
