职位描述：
Job Summary:
    Serve as the site HSE leader with a major focus on manufacturing and field service. Lead the development and implementation of the site system’s occupational safety and health strategy, environmental and programs. This includes the creation of needed processes, operating models, metrics and technologies to enable site System to deliver the safest and healthiest work environments possible. Engage with group HSE team for best practice sharing and global HSE programs implementation in the site. This position will report to the plant manager directly with dotted line to regional HSE manager.

Facility Specific Responsibilities:
1. Develop strategies, goals, and plans that enable the site to meet safety and environmental commitments and improve internal operations and practices
2. Design and implement various technical HSE programs for addressing key risk areas, for example heat stress prevention, rigging and lifting, hazardous energy control, mobile powered industrial vehicles, and workplace ergonomics
3. Oversee compliance with all applicable regulations related to environmental, health and safety to ensure no business interruption due to HSE issues
4. Co-chair site’s HSE executive committee with the plant manager and host the regular meeting with local management team for reviewing HSE performance and discussing key HSE topics
5. Develop and delivery training curriculum to ensure HSE awareness and proficiency in HSE practices is maintained through training for all levels of the site organization
6. Build value-added relationships with strategic partners such as production, Maintenance, logistics in enhancing their understanding of risk, while motivating and educating on the importance of managing and mitigating those risks
7. Interface with local authorities related on HSE and sustain a local authorities network
8. Continually evaluate current situation and performance and adjust strategies and tactics to maintain or improve performance
9. Deploy site applicable Safety Leading Indicator program and report performance periodical.

Qualifications/ Requirements:
1. Education: Colleague graduated or above, major in machinery or HSE related
2. At least 5 years HSE experience in machinery industry, 2 year HSE supervisor experience.
3. Good knowledge of Chinese national safety regulations, fire prevention, environmental protection.
4. Be familiar with ISO14001&OHSAS18001
5. Good analytical & problem-solving skills
6. Strong communication & coordination skills, and teamwork
7. Good presentation & training skills
