职位描述：
Overall Goals:
The sales position is to support Flowserve business growth and cover Seal business in South West China.

Major Accountabilities:
? Develop and executes sales plan to meet performance expectations and requirements.
? Achieve sales targets under the China business objectives.
? Build relationships with key customers to enhance long-term business prospects.
? Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
? Prepare sales proposals based on customer needs and expectations.
? Administrate all phases of sales process to ensure effective and timely customer service and response.
? Preparation and reporting of weekly sales plan and sales activities.
? Assist sales management on sales forecast as required for our products.

Job Requirements:
? Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
? Practical Knowledge of Fluid mechanical, familiar with end user customers, like Oil and Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, Pharmaceutical, etc. industry.
? More than 5 years working experience in relevant industry.
? Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
? Basic computer and software skills.
? Presentation skill and ability to interface and work with customers directly.
? Work effectively and independently under sales discipline and business compliance.
? Problem solving and analytical business skills.
? Customer focus with team work spirit.
? Live in Yunnan province and willing to travel frequently.
