人力资源经理(Human Resources Manager)
The Human Resources Manager will be accountable for the maintenance of the company's core values by attracting, training and retaining the right talent in the right role. You will act as an internal consultant to all business units and branches. You will be involved in building a strong corporate culture, implementing organizational development initiatives and reviewing the performance management system. You will also need to design and develop leadership programmes, implement talent retention strategies and set up the competency model.

Key responsibilities:
1、Provide full spectrum of professional HR services including Plan, Execute and implement strategic and tactical HR, Talent Management, Development programs and initiatives across China region.
2、Monitor the development and implementation of HR plans and programs and identify new HR initiatives in the region to support organizational growth.
3、Partner with branch HR in the region on driving and executing overall Human Capital and Talent Management strategies, as well as implementing regional level talent management strategies and programs, such as Branch Managers Pool, Mobility programs, Diversity and Inclusion initiatives, Graduate recruitment, etc.
4、Translate business requirements into effective HR practices and deliver people solutions aligned with business objectives.
5、Define potential leadership gaps within the region, identify sources of talent and enhance leadership development for building leadership pipeline.
6、Co-ordinate with branch managers in the region on developing and identifying learning and development programs for staff.
7、Co-ordinate the execution and implementation of HR practices, performance management systems, policies and practices in the region.
8、Review the effectiveness of HR operating model being used across the region and make recommendations for alignment and continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate would have:
1、Bachelor Degree in HR Management, BA or related disciplines
2、5+ years’ HR experience in sized services organizations, with hands-on experience as a Regional HR BP / HR Advisor preferred
3、Solid experience in talent management and organization development, with exposure to regional learning and development an added advantage
4、Strong self-motivation, with excellent communication and presentation skills
5、Strong focus on delivery. Must have outstanding implementation skills, an ability to 'think on his/her feet' and take tactically creative approaches to ensuring accomplishment of objectives.
6、Strong team player with the ability to drill down on important issues and be directly involved in day-to-day execution.
7、High energy level and passion; ability to work effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
8、Creative problem-solving skills and proven track record of gaining confidence, respect, and trust from all levels of management.
