职位描述：
The Lean Deployment Manager – AP Region will be instrumental in the transformation of the HR / C functional team in the region by effectively driving Lean Deployment, Project Management, Continuous Improvement, and Change Management to achieve improved business results. They will work closely with our HR/C teams in the SBUs, HROS and COEs, with a focus on the operations in HROS
? 职责：
Drives the development and successful delivery of HR process improvements in the region to increase customer satisfaction, improve financial productivity and enhance risk mitigation.
? Develops, implements, leads and/or facilitates the project portfolio of current and future process improvement opportunities in the region for customers in HR Operations & Services, COEs, and the HRBP teams.
? Partners with leaders and team members in Human Resources and Communications to continuously improve processes to drive reduced cost, improved delivery and increased quality for HRC and our customers.
? Partners with Regional HR Services leader and HR / C customers to deploy and enhance HR Service Delivery Model in the region.
? Coaches and supervises project team members to ensure HR process improvement events are properly planned, developed, and implemented to deliver the expected business benefit.
? Delivers business benefit and builds organizational capability by effectively utilizing critical strategies and tools including Lean, Value Streams, Change Management, and Project Management.
? Applies a structured Operational Excellence (i.e. Lean, Value Stream) approach and execution methodology to change initiatives that benefit from this type of structure.
? Applies a structured change management approach and execution methodology for the people and organizational aspects of change. This includes developing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans including communication plans, sponsor roadmaps, stakeholder engagement strategies, coaching plans, training plans and resistance management plans as appropriate.
? Applies a structured Project Management approach and execution methodology to change initiatives that benefit from this type of structure.
? Creates and manages measurement & governance systems to track adoption, utilization and proficiency of performance metrics and individual changes, and coaches HR Operations & Services team members in effectively deploying metrics for their specific service areas. This includes the deployment of visual management
职位要求：
? 10+ years Lean or HR Program leader working experience in MNC
? Fluent Oral and Written English and good presentation skills
? Demonstrated experience in Lean, Six Sigma or similar disciplines, and the ability to flexibly apply these disciplines to achieve business goals.
? Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Change Management
? Knowledge and demonstrated experience in Project Management
? Demonstrated ability to work across functions, sub-functions, countries, and business units.
? Certification in one of the following preferred: Project Management (PMP), Lean / Six Sigma, or Change Management.
? Business acumen and knowledge of financial processes such as budgeting, productivity, and preparing business cases required.
? Demonstrated organizational agility and effective consulting and influencing skills.
