Project Manager 项目经理
Location: Guangzhou

Responsibilities:
? Manage the delivery of high-quality, innovative systems integration and consulting services.
? Provide expertise to the Practices.
? Plan for and deliver a workforce that ensures profitability.
? Manages non-exempt/exempt individual contributors and/or supervisors.
? Has accountability for results of a major program in terms of cost, direction and people management.
? Applies advanced subject matter knowledge to manage staff activities in solving common and complex business/technical issues within established policies.
? Provides guidance on process improvements and recommends changes in alignment with business tactics and strategy for area of responsibility.
? Plans, directs and monitors operational/tactical activities of Staff.

Requirements:
? Bachelor and/or above degree, majoring in Computer Science, Information Technology related.
? At least 8 years working experience as project manager, with leading around 30 project members
? Strong project management skill and experienced technical background , and good business sense preferably for Airline clients.
? Good financial know-how, be able to meet management target (e.g. UR, residual, EGM%)
